I am grateful to live and work as an uninvited settler on the unceded homelands of the Stz’uminus, Quw’utsun, and Semiahmoo First Nations.
I acknowledge that these and other Coast Salish Peoples have been stewards of the land, water, plants and animals in this region since time immemorial.
I am committed to learning as much as I can about the values and worldviews, traditions, and knowledge of the Coast Salish and other Indigenous People in my efforts to advance reconciliation.
