PLANNING + RESEARCH
Our extensive knowledge in creating and analyzing planning and land use policy at the provincial, regional, watershed, municipal, community, and neighbourhood scale can assist your community planning department develop policy guidance and strategies that implement your community’s goals. We know that to be effective these policies and strategies must also inform site planning and development.
We collaborate with community members, elected officials and other stakeholders in your community to understand the goals and needs of these different interests. Linking these goals with background research will help us to find relevant and innovative precedents that can address any number of planning topics that your community is working on.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We have decades of project management experience leading large and small community and policy plans and planning projects. We will work with you to deliver your projects on time, on budget and to your satisfaction. Based on project requirements, we will coordinate project teams that include surveyors, arborists, biologists, archeologists, civil engineers, transportation engineers, geotechnical engineers, urban designers, agrologists, landscape architects, and other professionals.
Holding regular project meetings allows us to discuss project progress and challenges so we can identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies making sure the project is successfully completed.
